About Azin:

I facilitate therapy from a holistic perspective, using a variety of integrative therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, art therapy, mindfulness, somatic therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and existential therapy that I have gathered throughout my experience and training within the professional, therapeutic, and spiritual contexts.

My practice is informed by a systemic, multicultural perspective and a trauma-informed lens. Above all, I believe the most healing aspect of this work is the relationship that is centered around the act of deep listening and witnessing. My goal is to create a gentle, safe space and guide you to bring awareness to your thought patterns and ways of existing in your body that are holding you back from reaching your highest alignment and fullest potential. I believe we are all already whole, and the work involves peeling back layers of illusion, conditioning, and fear in order to create the space to feel safe enough to trust our own inherent wisdom.

We will use art as a tool to help externalize emotions, regulate the nervous system, release and visualize new realities. Through the supportive and attuned relationship, you will be invited to explore concepts of self-expression, self regulation, identity, and more.
